Skill Macro used: Lvl 10 Wings, Lvl 20 Recoil Shot, Lvl 10 Wings.
Stand where I stand, and use the Macro, when you approach the roof of the Hut, use Recoil Shot to land on roof.

You can get up there as a chief bandit too. It's tricky, but it is possible. First, you need a gunslinger to summon a monster on the hut. Then the chief bandit has to jump with haste and use boomerang step to kill the monster and get on top of the roof.
