US Marine drill instructors describe the making of a Marine in their own words. This was shot with the last cycle of Quebec Company, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, MCRD Parris Island between August and October 2009.

All I have to say about this is No Eagle, Globe and Anchor, no opinion. Only Marines know what it is to be one and what it is to make one.

Actually I graduated on may 13, 2011, we were issued M16 A4s and I loved them web I got to my first duty station that's wat I was issued, now recruits have it even easier, now they come equipped with RCOs which I terrible because learning with iron sights makes a more disciplined marine in my opinion.

Man, I don't like war, politics, nor the big federal gov't but I only have respect for people who join the marines or just soldiers at that for any army. I could never do what they do by free will, I would have to be forced into it.
Another great thing I think would be instead of juvie or jail for petty crime, they should send the boys to a couple months of a simulated marine training. I'm sure crime would plummet.

cant wait to become a marine there the strongest and most disciplined. the army has nothing on the marines. they turn boys into men.civilians into soldiers.
