Nice set up. Is there any reasonable way to slow a Mamod down? I find them to be pleasant little engines but a little hyper for me.

if you fit an exhaust regulator they become quite docile, its basically a valve that chokes the exhaust pipe. The one in the video can be made to run a bit slower but I'm not that fussed about such things (as long as its not rediculous!) so let it do its thing.
