@Hermitage171 Yeah, this is correct. If you die on the 2nd or 3rd final boss and return, your health bar does not refill.
It makes me wonder why people call cheat on things like this. If you've played the game, you know you get health refills at boss fights, EXCEPT on the 2nd/3rd final boss rematches. Is it jealousy? I blame counter-strike for all these "H4x0rs!" snap judgements!

He said in his latest video he does over do it somethings, and just edits some parts out, I wish some people actually pay attention to some of the stuff he does...

@Adamwinters This is correct. You get refill when you first finish 6-3, but not on subsequent 6-3 finishes. You also get refill (and lose weapon) when you beat one boss and go to the next.

If you are defeated by the boss, your health will not refill when you return to fight him for rematches.
That's probably why the Nerd and other people are getting confused over this.
