First heard JB @ an in store performance in Austin, Tx in 94'. After that, well all the JB lovers know what happened after that!

@awishedforsong no problem! Its very surreal when a comment you made well over a year ago gets a response. This was when I was going through a tough time in my life and went back to listening to Jeff to soothe my soul (as I have done before). I still stand by the comment though I will say there is good music out there, you just wont find it in the "top 40". Thanks for your comment :)

@terryrhf "A waste"? No. In the short time he was with us, Jeff gave many of us a reason to hope, a reason to love, & a reason to have faith in music and to believe in how powerful it can be. "This guy would have been an utter legend"? He IS a legend, dear. He was on his way to becoming a legend the first time he opened his mouth to sing and the first time he picked up a guitar, and he sure as hell had earned "legend" status by the time he died. Sad and heartwrenching? Yes. A waste? Hell no.

@MaTtRoSiTy THANK YOU for saying exactly what I've been thinking all these years.

People are right to say there is a void in music that Jeff left, and that he was one of the greats and there will never be anyone like him, but they are wrong in saying that all music today is crap. If you're just listening to the radio, then yes...it's almost all crap. But there IS good stuff out there. you just have to know where to look. I feel sorry for people who don't know this.

mamma mia che artista non finirò mai di ascoltarlo, grandeeeeeeeeeee

This documentary is so orchestrated. I hate that they are forcing the suicide angle, when it was clearly a mistake.

Grace is still, and always will be, the greatest album I've ever heard.
Miss you everyday, Jeff...
