Sorry for my late answer, the most easy
although powerful app is Cinema 4D but lightwave is more accurate (if you want to render very realistic scenes). I'm searching now for the plugin name to track backgrouns(I don't rem its name).

haha no worries, thanks for replying, i understand the technique a little better now after working with adobe after effects for several months (possibly even 4 months lol) for my hsc major work. I can sort of do it manually (u just find a spot on the background and make sure the object stays aligned throughout the shot and keep moving it slightly) but im sure an actual detection plug-in is WAY better lol

This is one of the best U.F.O. videos with the reading type , and the 1977 visuals intertainment movie , and the Chinese Red flags , powerful stuff comeing down , but do we really want it to come down ,or do we want death of the planet as witch I see it , just crazy , crazy shit !
