Treated lumber is a big no no!! It will shrink with time and create problems. The whole idea is to never allow water to reach the wood to begin with. Thanks to people like you I get lots of shower repair jobs.

4:30 you should have blocked in the ends of the top board (Just in case a large person sits on one side of that bench. Looks good!
