I think the name of the video should be "No wonder why there's so many stoners at Phish concerts..."

Oh no...I totally agree. I have all the 2003-2004 shows so I'm just coming from a purely musical point of view. The music just didn't last its course. But you are 100% right...Phish on a off night is still fun in ways. I just think on tape, that there less than a handful of shows from 2004 worth re-listening to.

On the Charlie Rose interview with Trey from 2004 ( I believe...someone correct me if I'm wrong), he even says that he knew the band was coming to an end around this time. He said that when everyone wanted them to play Vegas for a weekend just to party there, and he admitted the band didn't rehearse AT ALL prior to these shows. I love 2003 Phish and a few shows here and there in 2004 were good (the best being the legendary 6/20) but overall 2004 was easily their worst touring year ever.

Regardless of this show being part of their worst touring year, it still runs circles around other bands that tour at their best. If this is an example of a non rehearsed "know we are quitting" show then I am even more amazed by their talent!
