  • your camera sucks!

  • @dills2403 youtube compression sucks!

  • lol - nice to see my car pulling into that shot in front of yours. That was a wild ride, alright. I'm just glad we had made it down off of the bridge/dam before that hit. I actually watched a little vortex spinning on the lake and was like - we need to get off this thing now. Great vid, and great to meet you!

  • Wow, yeah when we emerged onto the bridge you can hear me say "wow, this is a great place to be when this rfd hits"

  • Wow thats a strong rear flank downdraught!

  • I remember storm chasing on this day. I saw a tornado in Lane County Kansas, and later that day I got into a storm with vicious winds and had a large tornado being reported on the ground. The wind blew my driverside windshield off, which wasn't good at all. So I had to drive on I-70 without good visibility and getting out of the path the tornado. I finally got out of the hail and hard wind, but I never got to see the large tornado. It was getting dark and it's a bit hard driving w/o a wiper.

  • Jesus, I would have pissed my pants being there.

You guys have guts. Good to know you guys made it out alive.

  • Those RFD winds are wild from :50 to 1:00. Great shots. Sometimes I think the strong winds associated with supercells are just as interesting as the tornadoes themselves.

  • nice work!! wish we had that kind of weather out here...
