I never cared for Static X much...  but i seen them when the Petal To The Metal Tour was up North and they kicked ass! These guys stole the show!

When they first came on there was alot of energy in the place, people started going crazy, I for one would not be willing to waste good beer like that. I was expecting a riot when they left the stage, Im very impressed that they were able to get through the rest of the show without another beer being thrown at them.

I lost a lot of respect for this band after this performance. Come on guys you get a little water spilled on you.. you totally FREAK OUT!!! Go home and cry to your moms or come out and play like the real badasses you portray to be!

....In the crowds defense...They are playing a "Petal to The Metal" show in Dallas....They should expect a wild crowd and a little beer spilling is part of METAL :)

I have watched my video several times and from what I can tell only ONE beer/drink hits him. I stopped recording because I thought the song was over. Next thing I knew he was walking off stage...WTF??!! You are right I've never understood throwing things at the bands that are entertaining you. The mood was defiantly different after that happened. It took a few songs for the crowd to get back into it. Static seemed to take a minute to get the feel of it also.
