2K Sports should of seen this before they made NBA 2K11 & 2K12. Maybe they would of gotten the artwork for the Boston Garden right.

@spideyfan300 I knew a few Nicks in my time there. There were a few ushers with that name, a couple of guards and I think even a guy or two in the change-over crew. So, who knows...

I miss the Spectrum. I saw my first Nba basketball match (italian Tv) from The Spectrum in 1981. The Doc, The Machine, Bobby Jones, Maurice Cheeks, Darryl Dawkins, Moses the following year, the great year. So many memories...great time!

you forgot the philadelphia wings lacrosse team dumb shit. they won a champship here and 5 other ones
Will miss this building...u can keep the corporate whorehouses of today with ads everywhere you look and prices designed to keep the average fan at home...I recall when visiting hockey teams were afraid to enter..and the Russians left...and the Dr...Bruce and Billy Joel's Captain Jack...when MSG is gone I guess that'll be it...bend over and let Corporate America entertain you!...no thanks....I'll keep my memories and stay at home.

Worked at the Spectrum in the early and late 80s. So many memories, the people, the shows, the place. It was the best job I ever had. I will miss that place, the way I would miss a friend. Its all about money, its always about money. Ed Snider should be ashamed of himself.
