Wow. That is definitely Manfred Mann's Earth Band singing half of the time.

And by the way, it was originally written by the Eagles. The Eagles did it first, Bruce Springstein did it second, then the ghost of Jimmy Hendrix did it. Mannfred Mann did it fourth and made it popular. Then Michael Jackson remade it in 2010.
