@BushidoCode72 Whats the point at dying while training? lol... This isn't a sport this is a martial art with great credibility and skill, Ryabko could hit you once in your solar plexus and send you flying. Why doesn't he do that? Cause he doesn't want to kill his students.. lol..
@scarred10 This is the problem with 99% of systema demos. No one attacks full force. No one even tries while the instructors just tosses people around. If you take a fighter, who is trained NOT to go less than 90% force (any REAL MMA fighter, Muay Thai fighter, San SHou fighter, etc.), these semos would look different. These Systema guys I'm sur are great, but these demos would NOT look this way against a BB in BJJ or a master of sport wrestler or an expeienced Judoka. OR even Olympic TKD.
One of my favourite MMA fighter is Mirko Krocop, and i ended here. I used to imitate the moves here a month ago and i find it very practical and effective for an ordinary people like me to do self defense for his attacker. Thank you.
@Jarno1510 it would look just like mma sparring and be no more dangerous than that. The first thing youd notice is that it doesnt work, virtually nothing thats only practised slow and without resistance works at full power.
I have seen demo's both in real life and on video, felt the effect of those systema punches and moves but... for once i would love to see an actual real (and fast) attack going toward a skilled systema practitioner. Probably hard to do in a safe way, hence the slow training, but nevertheless i would love to see the effect.
@BushidoCode72 haha. the real thing isnt that much faster. after training a while your eyes edit out the blurs :)

@BushidoCode72 Probably because its not a sport. People would be seriously injured or killed if done at full force.
