ANIMAINEAX'S 'MOVE LIKE MICHAEL JACKSON' FINAL PIECE "LEONA LEWIS - BLEEDING LOVE" (REHEARSAL)

TUESDAY 15th DECEMBER 2009
This yet another one of our tribute dances for Michael Jackson.
for it was not about winning the competition, our goal was to perform this piece so people can see and understand that dance is not just a routine its a "FEELING" dance is from the soul and when the music hits you so hard you feel your body want to move.
Me and Rynamo crafted this routine very carefully.
we all sat down closed our eyes and listen to the song.
SWARF ASKS= what did you guys feel from her words?????
LON= i didnt see it as bleeding love for a person i felt it more bleeding love for dance cause dance is what i love but i feel im not that good at it but im still bleeding cause i love it so much!
RYNAMO= i felt the same as lon lollll
ALBERTRON= i feel like its a girl who reli wants to be with a guy but her parents wont let her but she still keeps on going to the guy cause shes bleeding love for him.
SWARF= i saw nearly to what lon and ryan said but instead of bleeding love for dance its bleeding love for MICHAEL JACKSON (heads nod) so this is how we decided on making this routine :)

THE UNDERSTANDINGS OF THE CHOREOGRAPHY

i wont explain it all but here are some facts of our artwork you might like ;)

First pose we hit was MJs thriller pose on "BOOM"

'closed off from love'
when she says 'love' we covered our ears cause we love MJs music from our ears, but we thought about the press trying to bad light MJ but no matter what it didn't change the way we felt about his music,

'frozen'
we all hit different iconic MJ poses

'something happened from the very 1st time with you'
for all of our 1st memorable MJ moments, we all said MOONWALKER
so in this section you see us do moves from SMOOTH CRIMINAL
you will notice the groove but if your good you will notice us doing a coin toss ;)

our last and final pose if you didn't know was his last iconic THIS IS IT pose
you will see this pose on the album cover in the movie,
in this rehearsal the pose was quite not there yet but we did perfect it but yea its kinda shady in this one lol

but yes this is how we work and how we craft things,
people may like flips stunts and tricks after tricks in a dance performance :)
but were here to introduce the uk to a new side of dance were you just have to dance :)
dance is a feeling
dance is freedom
so if you dance n u love it, don't make it a prison for yourself.

really good! i still think they could use a more varied choreo though.. it would've been better if there's variation..

I think everyone has good technics. But the guy in the pink shirt has the best flow for the dance. (Everyone has very good technics) Wonderful chorography btw! Greetings!
