@PandaBearJelly 90% of the songs lyrics in the 80's were about this same topic,yet they all had that pumpy synths on them. Yust have in mind that in the 80's this version would have failed epically to chart.
Anyway, you are right, it suits much more.

This is just my opinion so please don't jump all over me for it but... This is amazingly better than the original. Jose took the golden lyrics and put them to a tune that makes them much more relatable than the original. If you are finding out the person you love no longer loves you would there by a bunch of pumpy synth music playing in the background or would it be a little more like this version?

This guy changed the entire mood of the song, and made it his own. And it's absolutely, tear-jerkingly beautiful. Hats off to him!
