veri impresive at cornering. very stable. I own a chery winecloud too and would like to upgrade the handling like in the video. Mine is stock but still manage to get close with audi or bmw at cornering effortlessly. Very surprised to see how this car can be upgraded to that extent w/o sacrifying the stock look. I really want to surprise ferrari drivers by tailgating them closely.

@guanengkongkang if you have the normal windcloud the suspension is same as mk2 jetta or golf so sports suspension from those cars will fit. I used a bilstein shock and spring kit that china dragon racing had on the shelf. I don't know if there are any decent chinese made parts available now - at the time there was nothing. wheels and tyres also different - i used 15 inch wheels from the latest chinese jetta king with something like a 195/50-15 dunlop tyre - china dragon in shanghai.

excelent drive, what's your lap time though? I think ur much faster than I am.

I drove a polo 1600cc racing car on that circuit but only managed to get 1'33''27...not impressive at all....

Fastest I made was pretty much 1.26 dead. Car had too much understeer to go any faster, I could have developed it further (also the engine) but work took me away from Shanghai (back to UK).

Oh please, give us the specs on that car. It's nowhere even near stock. I've seen a Golf overtake a Lotus Elise Sport on a track. The Golf happened to be the Dahlbäck Golf with 800 bhp though. With enough shit under the hood, you can overtake almost anything in a straight line.

Don't kid yourself, pal. Italy is a bit out of your league. I suggest that you start compete with South-Korea instead. At least Hyundai doesn't steal other manufacturers designs.

it's not a huge spec list, just conventional tuning of the original engine - weber DCOE's, high lift cam etc.

Are you still racing at Tianma? I'm a foreigner we race with small 4K Euros Chinese cars called Geely Panda, it's a basic 1.3 90HP car, we do around 1.22.2 now with stock engine but suspensions and tires. Check my channel to see videos. Cheers

4) The Ferrari guy was a rich twat who had no clue what he was doing in his friends car. He came in and was shrugging and asking if the mighty ferrari had a problem. His friend screamed at him and made him get out so that he could go and show this shitbox...he only succeeded on the straights.

3) He upgraded a few things on the car...I was in it the same weekend he did this...I was there. Tires, Suspension, Ferodo brakes, Emerald ECU, some old header and cams and 2 straight double barrel carbs (sidedraft), plus a straightish exhaust. Then removed the seats. STill only about 110-115hp
