Next thing your know, the rope drops and Quinn "drops his boom" on the funkiest groove since Vanilla Ice. Watch Out! your hair may get Aqua-netted and mulleted! But that said, Quinn was one of the most under-rated white rappers never signed to a major label at a time when the style was new - with MC Hammer, Vanilla Ice's Ice Ice Baby and other break out hits.
