  • What are the placement fees for the China internship and are they fixed whether you have a TEFL certificate already or not? Also, is the length of the placement flexible or fixed? Thanks

  • @limersbey Hey, That's great you're interested in the Teach in China Internship - if you're already TEFL certified you'll get a discount on your internship fee taking the study you've already done into account. The length of the placement is fixed at 5 months.

Hope that helps - for more info you should give the guys in our Aussie office a call on 0800 850 950.

  • Hi Bhav,

I can understand why you might find it daunting. One option you might want to consider is teaching in China through a supported program like i-to-i's Teach in China Internship program (which is what Rozel, whose video this is, did) - you'll always get posted with another China intern in the local area, so there's never any chance of you being out on your own! You can get more info by clicking on the link in the video description.

  • jabbajohnwock, Thank you very much to make me laugh. Ha! Ha! Ha!

Do you know a cartoon caractor: Daffy Duck? When you speak Thai, you speak like Daffy duck Ha! Ha! Ha!

I know that you blocked me to post my comment in your video because you hate freedom of speech like the Thai king Bhumibol who used the Lese Majeste law to put people who criticize him or his family in jail 15 years.

  • Hi I'm thinking of doing a TEFL and teaching in China. The only thing is I don't want to be alone. If I go to a school in China will there be other people from England there? It seems daunting when I think I might be alone! Thanks, Bhav

  • I went to school in China for gr. 1 and (2:25) I NEVER got why the hell we did those pointless "excercises". Also, PE in elementary school is a joke.

  • can i do this in south korea? is 3000 per month including the free meals and accommodation. or is that purely spending money.

  • @GuavaOrangeJuice I only just read that comment! I had no idea this was on you tube until recently - I uploaded it some random way from China... Glad you had fun too! I miss it sometimes.

  • Wow. That looks depressing.

  • I just cant believe this is regular school in china

  • Haha... freaky you are sitting in the room I'm just in right now :D.... Oh it's funny to see how different everything looks there (little differences) ... I'm teaching Grade 5 and Grade 1. It's so much fun. I recognise some of the students :D

Haha ... you even filmed Shit-street ... That's what we call the street you can see at the end of the video .... It looks clean there ... :)

Hehe it's fun to see what you did ;)

  • @weaponEX Are you serious? Average class room sizes in Australia are 20-30 so you shouldn't be too worried about going to a country that outnumbers ours 100 to 1 and expecting their classrooms to be small.

  • brilliant video. Thanks for that
