Well since this is a tutorial. I kinda assumed you would already have the tool. Plus any person with any common sense my know Google would be your best bet...but let me help you out.

For the ingme chat it't your ip but to connect to the server it's the games server ip

Then to lower gravity,open up your rcon and click on console tab in the middle then in console enter \g_gravity ### or Sv_gravity ### it's one of those commands. 800 is also default gravity
