GH 05.20.99b - The board meeting gets underway

Sonny objects to Carly's presence as a non-board member and gets her thrown out. In the meeting, the members argue over opening up the docks before the entire project is complete. Not surprisingly, Chloe's vote will be the tie-breaker. Chloe says she doesn't have enough information to make a decision and asks both sides to prepare written arguments. They adjourn the meeting.
