Thinkpad T400 squeak noise - part 1

Brand new Thinkpad T400 - 2764CTO squeek/whine noise. You can hear it in the beginning but then it goes off.

It's actually the battery. When it's 99% this squeaking noise occurs for a few minutes and then stops when the battery is 100% and fully charged.
