Maybe if it's a vibrating gun w/ a very sensitive trigger. Some people see this and think he has his hands position like that so he can pull the trigger really fast.
Bump firing is diff. - you hold your hands in position and the gun's momentum does the rest
The slide flies back and momentum carries the gun away from the trigger finger allowing the trigger to reset. Then the slide claps fwd and momentum pushes the gun/trigger frwd against the firmly held trigger finger firing the next shot.
