@Malkalypse777 yeah thats why i said good players should never have 1 pylon powering there buildings lol. ive won tons of 3v3s and 4v4s because people get put in the high leagues way to easy ive seenn a guy have 6 or 7 gateways off of 2 base in a 3v3 and have them all powered by 1 pylon lol. i said something about it, not being bm tho, after i killed it in the hopes he would learn his lesson and he got pissed lol

It helps if you just think of N. Korea and S. Korea as two different countries. It was really the same with East and West Germany for ages and ages (well, they didn't have Starcraft 2 in West Germany, but you get the idea)

The only exception to this is when a player has poor pylon placement, and is depending on 1 or 2 pylons to power a large number of buildings.

@neostar9 because a pylon has 200 shield and 200 life and 1 armor; which could be 8+ probe kills, the + because of the armor. 8 probes cost 400 minerals while a pylon cost 100 minerals and not to mention the lack of income theyre gonna have, and it takes significantly longer to retrain that many probes than build a pylon. a good protoss player should never have only one pylon power a building other than in the beginning; which means youd have to take out atleast 2 pylons just more probes kills

I never understood why more players don't go after pylons. I would think depowering (Protoss) buildings and supply blocking an opponent would be beneficial. You're forcing them to spend even more money to replace those structures then they would to replace probes.
