Oxegen is a 4 days annual Irish music festival held since 2004. It is regarded as a must for all music lovers. Now Ireland's biggest commercial live music event and the largest 100% Carbon Neutral gathering in Ireland, it was previously called Witness, which ran from 2000 and was sponsored by Guinness. It takes place at the Punchestown Racecourse in County Kildare, Ireland and has an average attendance of around 90,000 a day. Oxegen is generally regarded as Ireland's version of the Glastonbury Festival. Performers in the second part of this program include: Arcade Fire, Vampire Weekend, Stereophonics, The Temper Trap, Biffy Clyro, Florence & The Machine, Plan B and Fatboy Slim. Usually i find this kind of music really boring and uninspired but these guys pull it off pretty well. I just wish this age of bands looking like they just walked out of there office cubicle would end.
