how do you peel of the copper from the board at 0:40 - 01:00 ?

@scrubs There is a special track cutting tool you can purchase from a local electronics components store, or you can use a heavy duty utility knife ( the one with break off blades and usually orange in colour ) I use a utility knife and simply cut the copper tracks and lift it off with the blade.

@scrubs To peel of the copper from the strip board you can use any metall drill thats wider than the strips easily by drilling with your hands.
