    Thank you

  • A new film highlights ways of preventing heart disease naturally. Visit foodmatters[dot]tv

  • Your absolutely right on.........

I'm following your advice and I can say that cardio exercise is a must for people with an on set of High Blood Pressure or Angina. Get good veggies and fruits in through out the day.

Good oils, and Fish are good too.

    All right enough about me.

  • Good vid. Medical doctors are taught to treat chronic dietary problems primarily with medication. Its a novel approach, perhaps useful for those with no ability to change their diet.

Atherosclerosis is reversable by diet also.

  • We can use cytokines t oremove damaged cells, adn they are then replaced through your own stem cell!

  • I really loved this Carmel. Great information, I like how you outlined the food choices. Our bodies were designed to heal themselves, once we can learn to consistently give them what they need it's amazing how well they work!
