I owned a 72 SS350 Nova, cranberry red, with blk bucket seats from 86-2001, it was a nice ride but no powerhouse. Sold it and bought a 70SS396 Chevelle all orig. I always wondered why they put that Super Sport emblem on the bottom of fender on the 68's...? Imagine the condition of it after a few yrs.

Yeah, a 396 Nova would be the shizzel on the street but for getting busy at the drive-in take Momma's Impala (king size bench seats).

Chevy did it again with the Nova a car that competed directly with the Mustangs, and the Dodge Hemi head cars.

I think they had the 305 sm blk engine in the Novas, which made them popular as stock cars. Now those engines are worth there weight in gold.

I loved my '69 Nova SS with factory gauges, tach, and a console. Wish I still had it!!
