I smell a scam... at least with the advertisements appearing to say that this generator will keep the lights on, the fridge cold and the A/C or Heater going. Ha! Not with that little box the guy had in his hands. People just don't realize what it takes to generate the kind of electricity they take for granted every day provided by their electric company.
Just how many solar (photo-voltaic) panels do you REALLY need to produce a dependable 1800 watts of energy 24-7? How many deep cycle batteries will it need to store that energy for 24-7 operation? I can see a set-up like this producing a continuous output of 1800 watts of 120 volt 60 hertz electricity for maybe like what, an hour tops?
