Ki's proposal to Michelle at CNN!!! *^^*

Michelle enjoys all things camera and loved to anchor for fun on videos and class trips growing up. Always wanting to be a news anchor, she really wanted to try the CNN anchoring with Ki one day after a CNN tour, but the line was too long and they had a dinner appointment they needed to be at. Unbeknownst to her, Ki already thought of a plan...He would propose to her the next time they got an opportunity to do the news anchoring again.

So on November 9, 2008...after a pampering morning at a spa (perfect planning!!!), they both got ready to do their "news broadcast" and drove to CNN. Michelle is SOOOO excited and once there, runs to the bathroom to do a final mirror check, giving Ki a chance to explain his plan to the people who were setting up for the broadcast.

The left side of the news room is all glass and about 30 people began to gather outside to watch us. The ladies who were helping Ki went outside to turn on the TV monitor so they could hear as well as watch...

I had no idea that he had hidden a beautiful and meaningful letter underneath the stack of papers that had the news we were reporting....and had the surprise of my life...

Once I realized what was happening, my eyes filled to the brim with tears...and when he popped the question, and I said an emotional "Yes!!" the audience outside exploded in applause...

It was the happiest moment of my life!!!!
I'm engaged to the man of my dreams...*^^*

Hello there! Thanks so much for your kind comment. We're doing very well. :) We got married this past summer on June 21, 2009, and have been married for 6 months now. Marriage is such a blessing and we're so grateful to the Lord everyday for His gift of love.
