  • Can you expand on your idea scottvska, are you living there and talking from experience, reading stuff etc.... I'm not saying your wrong I'm asking why you think that. I myself don't know much about Brazil except they have alot of raw materials we all want and the seem to be on the up socially, economically and politically, but thats just my impression, I haven't researched it.

  • there are a lot of illiterate (functionally) in Western countries too... hahahahahahahahah~~~

    Brazil is better than U.S. because at least they got cheap labour and natural resources....

  • Brazil doesn't have much human capital. They have a lot of illiterate people living in poverty. I don't see their economic growth outpacing that of Western countries.
