  • knowbody wants to change train, if the companies merged then you could have single journey's which is quicker and competes with shorthall aircraft, making people change, meaning carting luggage from train to train, waiting for luggage to be taken off train, queing and waiting for a new train and this could happen 3 to 4 times is rediculous. If the companies merged it could work until then your looking at Brussels, Lille or Paris compared to aircrafts thousands of direct destinations.
