The horizontal tuck pole dancing move is one of the most difficult stationary positions, because the entire body must be held up horizontally against the pole using only upper body and core muscles. • She's not a DANCER, she's a fitness instructor... So I think her goal is to teach you how to work areas of muscle.

  • then make your own.

  • @whole27 Yes, but its not the same classiness that comes with dancing awezomly around a pole. Stripping you can do anywhere, but pole dancing well, you need a pole for that XD

  • @MelonDAdevil yeah well people can undress without a pole just fine....guys get off on the pole part in particular...putting stripper poles in their homes and crap

  • @whole27 Well, add the undressing part and i get it quite well XD

  • @jaaaaaxx watch the previous video and it shows you how to do the actual move.

  • @whole27 Nobody cares what you think piss off and stop searching up something you dont like.

  • I don't care!!! I'm in love!!!!

  • Yeah it looked pretty and nice but not exactly sure how much "teaching" this video did...

  • @rockbabyrafi pole dancing is not sexy...it s a pole for crying out loud....why is dancing around a pole sexy to most guys....not me....same with lesbians....turn off

  • @yomumz It's actually both. Certain moves can only be done on stationary poles but spinning moves are much more difficult on them. Lots of poles are designed to be able to "lock" or "unlock" so that you can have the best of both worlds.
