American-Nigerian Wedding

At the end of my God-sister's wedding her husband's family from Nigeria started one of their traditional songs and then sang it in English. It was totally spontaneous and everybody loved it!!!

Its sad that people can be so ignorant...I will be getting married to a Nigerian in April of 2010..Two different cultures coming together joining as one unity...The non open minded people posting negative comments are the people who dont have anyone to love them...

I agree. The love of my life is a Nigerian man, and I hope to marry him one day. Its amazing to join another culture! I have picked up certain traditions as he have picked up certain traditions from me. Its 2009 people, stop being so narrow-minded and ignorant!
