Stop relying on Glenn Beck for your history lessons and do your own research. Progressives kept groups like the British Union of Fascists from taking power in the UK. Progressives were the ones who tried to assassinate Hitler during WWII. And today progressives keep the world from deteriorating into corporate-run slavery. You haven't got a clue about history.

there was no insult here, and conservatves did not start out shouting, but we can get emotional like eveyone else, and we do when the speaker of the house calls us nazis while she and her cronies nationize one industry after another. maybe because the vast majority of blacks and other minorities aren't republican so it doesn't serve their interest to elect a black chairman. Yet funny how it took a republican to have a black secretary of state than a black female secretary of state. The RNC serves its interests as does every political party. Funny there has never been a black DNC chairman?

He didn't handle the question professionally, but being disrespectful. As a politician he should no better. What is funny to me is that he's arguing that shouting and refusing to engage is not furthering the debate, but he is describing exactly how republicans have been behaving in their opposition to everything. There is no engagement with the facts. The Republicans can clap, but they have used shouting, lies, misinformation, fear and hysteria as a political strategy.
