Awesome Tennis Rally-Federer VS Hewitt

well, it depends on how you swing, i've been switching back and forth for my two handed backhand and 1 handed and found out that i'm more comfortable and more flexible using a 1 handed backhand, 2 handed backhand it feels like i'm real stiff when i swing and for some reason "I" don't hit it as hard as a 1 handed back hand, but i can't place my 1 handed backhand as good as i do with my 2 handed. But my 1 handed has been working out for me, so far i've came in 5th place for a tournament and 2nd!

what an outstanding rally! even if i was playing for fun i wouldnt be able to continue in such a long rally!

i feel u man, i cant put any accuracy on 2 handed backhands or forhands infact i only use 1 handed yet my coach says 2 handed, its much harder but im sure if i practice we could see a real difference

This is a mad rally.The reason why your coach probably wants you to use two hands is because a two hander is stronger then a one hander

my coach always tells me to use 2 hands on my backhand, even though the world's best tennis players use 1 handed back hand! I hate it because i'm soo much better using 1 hand than 2
