  • i bought them in 8" pots for $20, i wouldn't pay more than $35 australian for a 2ft tree. look around for a better price, if you want a few you can even try contacting a grower!

  • @happybuddyperson not a chance, olive trees require warmer climate ,and dont do well in areas prone to snow

  • can anyone tell me if this can be done in canada?

  • lemme give you a tip. using a weed cloth will stop the mulch from getting into the soil. you want the mulch to get on the soil and break down releasing nitrogen and thus micro nutrients(tree food). :) im an ISA certified arborist. send me a PM if you have anymore questions.

  • Olives mate! Thank you 4 this! My mouth is watering just thinking of growing olives.. What do you feed them 4-5 times a year?

  • Hi mate,

    Nice work :)

  • when do u prune the buggers plse

  • Hmmm... So am I right in assuming that Florida's too wet for olive tree growing?

  • i love olives!!! xD

  • i live in scotland and im going to give this a go lol

got a small tree in a pot about 3 years old

so i will keep it in a pot for a few years more

    happy days :)
