Hi doc.. I have had swollen glands in my neck off and on for a few months now. I am 30 years old and in decent shape. I thought at first it was just a virus but it has been getting increasingly worse. I lost my health insurance in a divorce and have been reluctant to go to the doc again. The first time they gave me a strep test it was negative, then they put me on antibiotics. The swelling is back and I am starting to taste and see blood in my mouth now and then. Any Ideas?

Hi doctor, I had this bump on my right neck for 2 weeks now and I think it got bigger..The bump is on my right side, I don't know what caused this problem, but lately I've been having fevers and what not... It comes and goes which is really weird for me.. Am I going to die? have cancer?.... My node gets smaller sometimes and then it swells back up.. I'm really worried.. what should I do?

I discovered this mysterious "lump" on the interior of my jaw bone and instantly (mainly due to all of the media) though " cancer tumor".
So after alot of worry, booked a doctor's appointment and checked it out online.
Thanks for clarifying. It's great of you Doctor(s) to help out online on your own time!
