I'm stuck on this quest so I came here, where is that courtyard?

If you mean where the Elves are, you need to head north east from where you get the first couple of quests. There is a big metal gate, just head through that. Hope that helps!

Or if you mean the courtyard for the Silver Deep Mine, head north east also and there are some stairs that lead down to the courtyard.
