While he had a good enough voice i don't think he was strong enough to go through. He prob would have made it as far as bootcamp but then would have got sent home.

I think Simon influenced Cheryl a lot in her decision. She says at 3:45 that she 'really likes him' and then says that he isn't good enough. She is also looking at Simon when he asks her for the decision. I think Simon was harsh.

I would of said yes, but Cheryl is a really good judge and she's so true.
But he had worked for 3 years so I would of said yes but only out of the kindness not out of fairness.
Poor guy felt really sorry for him when he said "Please.." so sad :(

This proves that being a judge is not easy, because you have to put your emotions aside to be able to be objective; which is very very hard to do.
