AAA Community on Ad 2 Tampa Bay's AdCast

Stephen Wheeler from AAA joins host Syleste Porter to talk about the launch of the AAA Community. Stephen is the Director of Channel Management & Publishing for AAA Auto Club South. He discusses AAA's launch into social media and how using member to member recommendations, testimonials and endorsements enhances and supplements traditional marketing channels. He is the Community Manager for the AAA Community, which has blogs and forums from AAA correspondents and members of AAA. AAA has an iPod app in addition to a presence on Facebook, YouTube, Myspace and Twitter.
