This is a sweet little excerpt from the movie "Nandulal," an ITV film based on the original 1984 film by Sankirtana dasa, filmed at the West Virgina ISKCON temple, New Vrndavana.
I claim no copyright. The film is property of ITV - ISKCON Television.
In this film, the blind sage Bilvamangala Thakura travels to Vrndavana. There, he meets Lord Sri Krishna Himself. Krishna calls himself "Nandulal" and does not reveal who he really is. In this moment from the film, Bilvamangala realizes that the cowherd boy "Nandulal" whom he has come to love so dearly, is his very same dear Krishna.
Apologies for sound quality. Experiment with camera taping VHS video cassette playing on TV. The entire film can be found, in combination with "Ramayana," at the Krishna dot com website.
If you can't hear it, here's what is being said:
Bilvamangala: Really? ["Nandulal" has just said, in describing Vrndavana, that everyone thinks of Krishna as his most dear friend].
Krishna: Yes. In Vrndavana, no one thinks that Krishna is God. Not his father, Nanda Maharaja, nor Mother Yashoda, not the cowherd boys, or girls. Not anyone.
Bilvamangala: *laughs/cries*
Krishna: Bilva, what is it?
Bilva: *laughs* I know...I know who you are!
Haribol!
