@nig1966 Is that true? I have never heard that Asians and Caucasians have different strength patellas. Is that a genetic or cultural thing?
I learned from sifu Xu around the time this video was made. He does it a bit different nowadays.

Anyone know the music playing?
You must mean this as compared to the 24 form, or 19 forms that have started to spring up.
If you watch this vid closely you can tell he is "early" in his Chen training. It is most apparent in the punches and the foot stomps.
I would love to see what his form looks like today. Probably extremely impressive

Some elements have been removed from some of the more popular styles. This form may not be completely "classical" but it retains the essence as compared to the more modern styles promoted.
