Do all the australian and African EMD locomotives have the handrails missing

Great videos mate. Many remind me so much of my home railway in Queensland, Australia.

Without using the GPS co-ords' given, I was at first totally stumped as to where the location was, however after the pan to left I quickly realised that it's just north of Cullinan Station, and the diesel set was on it's way to Zonderwater to collect a load of ore, or otherwise empty the factory siding at Zonderwater of empty wagons.
KM point 12 to be exact on the Cullinan brach.
Nice footage, despite there was no load attached. Next time try and get a loaded train there. It's a sight!
