This song ("Number One Fan") is from some post-grunge Christian band from the 90's that no one's ever heard of called Puller. The band may be gone, but I still think this song is kind of awesome and hilarious in its own way. So enjoy.

Lyrics:
Hey, check me out cos I'm with the band
Don't you know I'm your number one fan,
Came and bought every shirt you had,
Check me out cos I'm with the band
And I'm so thankful,
And I'm so thankful,
And I'm so thankful to be your #1 fan.

The picture is from the cover of their album, "Sugarless."

  • Sounds like a legalistic way of putting it. A band doesn't have to sing blatant "I love God" or "God rocks" songs to be a on a Christian label. This is why some bands with Christian members sign with a secular label because some fans have TOO many expectations of them if they sign with a Christian record company.

  • I've heard of them. I had this album!! It's great! I saw them live and they were amazing. I could never figure out why they went with a christian genre. None of their songs were "god songs."

  • @Nutsjesmoar: God loves waffles.

  • Thank you for posting this. This is one of my favorite records.
