Chon-Ji is the first of the 24 forms of the Chang-Hon form system named after the penname of General Choi Hong-Hi who developed this set of forms. Chon-Ji means "heaven and earth" in Korean and refers to the creation of the world or the beginning of human history and thus is the initial form learned by the beginner.

  • You seriously need to read the condensed encyclopedia. There's more erroneous movements than right movements. Chang-Hon or not does not matter, read any version of the condensed encyclopedia!

  • @foreshadow20 There is a version of the encyclopedia of TKD that was _not_ written by General Choi?

  • Stuart Anslow wrote a 3 volumes encyclopedia of Taekwon-Do Ch'ang Hon federation.

ITF-K and Taekwondo times has also changed the 15 volumes and brought it out in 2008.

American Taekwondo Association (ATA) (also known as the McDojos of TKD federations) has written an encyclopedia and releases it only to their own followers.
