  • Are these gliders safe to use on hardwood floors?

    BTW you're an animal.

  • @deelnyc - they actually sell a different slider type for hardwood floors. i haven't tried them for exercise, but they should work similarly. i used them to move furniture a few years back at a different location.

  • That guy is in peak physical fitness. Those are not easy exercises, dudes.

  • i have a pair of these at my office. they add a TREMENDOUS amount of variation to my usual pushups, dips, squats, lunges & taking the stairs.

specificially, they allow me to work my "pull muscles" which is a great addition to all the above-mentioned "push" movements.

thanks alot ross! i've been a BIG fan of yours for years =-)

  • AWESOME THANXXXXXXXXX :)

  • Awesome! I love all your videos. Your books are great also!

  • great videos ! thanks a lot !

  • I tried finding these furniture gliders but could not find one that is large enough. So i made my own using cardboard and teflon tape. Just wind the tape around the cardboard and you are done.

This is because the base of funiture glider is made of the same material (PTFE or teflon). Teflon tape is otherwise known as thread seal tape. They are white tape used for sealing plumbing pipe.
