Il maestro George verifica la mia espansione. Questa qualità si sviluppa dopo essere in grado di usare il dan tien, dopo essere in grado di risucchiare braccia e gambe nel dan tien, dopo essere in grado di fondere il dan tien basso con il dan tien mediano, dopo essere in grado di ricevere ed usare l'energia della terra e dopo esere in grado di usare lo Yi per mobilitare il CHI. Ho passato il test anche se dovrò lavorare per riempire maggiormente lo spazio energetico della mia sfera esterna(wai shi). Un pezzo alla volta s si fa tutto. Dopo tutto essere passato in otto anni di studio con il Maestro Georege e con il maestro Flavio Daniele da "manca la connessione energetica"a sentirsi dire quasi sempre "ok passi il test" è un più che incoraggiante risultato specie quando ciò viene dal maestro XU che è tutt'altro che compiacente nel testare i suoi studenti.

Tray this: while you lift your body from an half squat position (wtith arms foldded) think to be a baby who doesn't want to be lifted, maintain and increase this feeling while you go to the straight position and expand the arms above your head, this will create a great potential between Yi intension (to go down) and body movement (that go up) this works like a electrical potential drop, it opens the joints and dramatically increase the Chi motion. Do it correctly and nobody can stop your hands.

@Marukonline Ok so I should feeel all of the chi in just the bottom of my feet. Got it. I think I am getting good at it because my feet are starting to shake a lot when I sink the Chi enough. Thanks for telling me that you are very very helpful and thanks for posting this!

Not really this way, if you use ankles you are detectable. Sink the chi to the ground and lift the head until you feel the ground power coming up, then the more you sink the chi the stronger the energy rises. As every part of the body rise the chi must sink more (this is the engine) like an internal counterweight. Not only the wrist must be undetectable the whole skeleton must. this means you have not to use the bone structure to do that. I wrote and article on that I'm going to translate soon.

Thanks for responding. I practice Tai Chi every day. You are lifting with your ankles right? From the bottom of your feet. And then expanding like a ball? Basicly, you don't want to feel any movements from your wrist right? Also, every body part should move upwards at the exact same time? Is this correct? Because I am on this path right now of learning to bounce my chi up to my whole body and let my whole body expand.

It was on how to use the ground power without using the body structure. It needs to use Yi Chi in order to get back the chi form the ground and expand it through the body and the spherical space around the body in oder to lift his hands without making noticeable my body structure (hidden power). I failed a little bit because on completing the expansion in the last phase still nedd to wor to keep full the front nd lower part of the sphere, that' because I need more abundant CHI to use for.
