Warm Up for at least 5 minutes

Routine:
Side Leg Lifts w/ Squats
+ Do 8 slow/4 fast
+ Don't forget to repeat on other leg

Cardio Burst #1: Side to Side jumps
+ 30secs.- 1min.

30sec. recovery period

Plie Squats w/ Calf Lifts
+ 12-14 reps.
+ pulse for 5 on last rep.

Calf Lifts on towel
+repeat until you feel the burn & do 5 more

Cardio Burst #2 Front-Back Jumps
+ 30secs.- 1min.

30sec. recovery period

Reverse Lunge w/ Slight Back Kick
+ 12-14 reps. on each leg

Cardio Burst #3: Out-Out In-In
+ 30secs.-1min

30sec. recovery period

Reverse Lunge w/ Front Kick & Calf Lift
+ 12-14 reps. on each leg

Cardio Burst #4 Hop & Run Back

1 minute recovery period

Repeat routine 2-3 times.

  • so do u do the upper body ones and then this ?

  • I would recommend doing one video one day and the second video the next day. If you want to work out 4 days a week you can do the upper body video Monday and Wednesday and the lower body video Tuesday and Thursday.

    In the end it's up to you depending on how much time you have to work out each day and how many days a week you plan on exercising.

  • Yes... all of these exercise will help with toning, especially if you hold a pair of dumbells while you perform the exercises to add resistance.
