I am absolutely on board with Reagan's comments -- people are where they are as a result of the choices they make. This liberal socialist pap comprises a line of thought that consistently places blame for poor outcome outside the individual. The shiftless, careless, lazy, bums are homeless courtesy of their poor choices -- and continuing a line of behavior abhorent to all persons that live a life of rational self interest. That may have been true in the past, but things are changing. I've seen more homeless engineers, accountants, and college graduates in general than I've ever seen in my life. I know a middle-aged mechanical engineer who was recently laid off and has been unable find a job. He has been living in his car for the last 4 months and doing day labor for $10/hr.

Only when the elite stop sending the jobs to Chindia, will these issues be resolved.

its nov.2009,im preparing to b homeless,unemployment benefits run out soon,already lost home,savings(2 kids in college)rent a room,lost everything.just giong to start walking,no place to go.probably walk towards warmer weather.50 years old now,5 years military,21years on job that i lost.if u see me walking down the highway,please run me over or shoot me.

Some of my best memories was volunteering at my uncle-in-law's church in Mexico, to help bring food to the homeless. Like... 15 years ago but I remember it like yesterday.

If the flu outbreak someway-somehow escalates, I'd love to see what I can do.
