Dude, she's hot!

@jdavis882 Oh, the ones that can't explain why the paternal side of my family lives well past the national average, usually 90+? They eat similar to: hsph . harvard . edu / nutritionsource The grain and fruit ratio flip around a bit, but yes we even eat gluten (but also probiotic & fermented foods). Our red meat is limited but lean from Elk/Deer some beef on occasion. We can can throw studies at each other if you want, but protein is protein. The package and proportion is what's important.

@jdavis882 Actually it's not the decision to be vegan, in and of itself. But the taking small bits of objective information and then running to the extreme with them and forming a subjective conclusion which you represent as fact. You seem to eventually come back from that extreme, but watching the process is nauseating.

cool twist man. try the pineapple in the juicer with the skin on there's some important nutrients there. My Favorite is pineapple and peeled oranges for breakfast. You have inspired me to break out my old juicer. I learned this from the juice man Jay kordich he's the man for juicing.

4 inches wow I need to get on that diet!

Very interesting jdavis882. Good grief. This info is totally turning me upside down. I've been a "meat eater" for a few decades. Sounds like I need to significantly reduce meat in my diet. I eat fruit almost daily and vegetables aren't far behind...but what I know about nutrition could fit onto the tip of an eraser. I like that you showed the Endura in this context. By the way, I just got a Sprint Run Para 2 with the Blue G10 scales and M390 steel (awesome).

@xxbryan715xx Yep it's a piece of "art." There are water proof LEDs inside, and you can fill the bottle full of water and it refracts the light in all sorts of cool ways. Really neat.

You certainly look healthy so I'm sure the diet is going fine. Bacon is so delicious though.

@jdavis882 i did not realize it was a light..... haha
@K2Carbides I am well aware of the nutrition risks and benefits that come along with a diet sun as this, as my degree is nutriition based. My choice not to eat meat makes you want to not watch my videos? Lol peace!

There is no valid health reason to remove meat, eggs, dairy from a diet on ALL levels. I personally don't support the meat industry, but wild game and fish (in moderation) are not the meat industry. Soy has it's own problems, aside from the industry also being just as shady as any wallstreet corp. This reaffirms my initial impression of you. Make sure to get a hell much more dark leafy greens than this meal and continue to enjoy your YouTube experience, I'm going to enjoy mine over there --->

@K2Carbides Oh, and there are MANY peer reviewed articles explaining the "valid" reasons for discontinuing intake of animal protein. All you have to do is google....

@Coffeenescafe No, I am specifically a semi-vegan. I only eat fish on rare occasions, and I won't even be doing that in the future. Google the different terms. "vegetarian" is a catch all term that people use incorrectly. I am a vegan, not a vegetarian. Or a lacto-octo vegetarian.
